Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for our services ("Services"). Details of our plans, including pricing and features, are available on our pricing page. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees specified for the plan you select.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or yearly) unless you cancel it.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel your subscription through your account settings on the dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@irtiqahub.com

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle. After your subscription period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, if available, or your access to paid features will be revoked.

3. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, or for any period in which you did not use the Services but had an active subscription.

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, for example, if the Services were unavailable or unusable for a significant period due to a fault on our end. To request a refund, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation of your reason. All such requests must be made within 14 days of the payment date. Once we receive the refund request with in 14 days, it will be processed in 5-7 business days.

4. Changes to a Subscription or Pricing

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Services in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
